The Johns Hopkins tradition of innovation and discovery extends to patients at Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre who elect to participate in research studies called clinical trials. The aim is to find new therapies or more effective ways of using known treatments. Clinical and translational research is currently being conducted on new agents and innovative therapies on breast cancer, lung cancer, nasopharyngeal cancer, and hepatocellular cancer.
