Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre has a dedicated Billing team that can assist you in both understanding and paying your medical bills. Upon registering, a Financial Counselor will be assigned to your account and any questions you have along the way, from obtaining financial estimates to receiving your final bill when it is completed, can be directed to the counselor.
Estimates will be provided to self-pay patients for all scheduled appointments. Prepayment is required for all scheduled appointments.
If the foreign government is assuming financial responsibility for your medical care, please obtain a written pre-approval for the estimated cost from the appropriate division of your embassy or other government office.
Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre accepts various modes of payment such as Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards, as well as cash. For payment via local cheques, please make the cheque payable to Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre Pte Ltd.
If you prefer to transfer funds to Johns Hopkins Singapore International Medical Centre electronically, our finance staff will provide you with bank details.
