When making an appointment for the first time, please provide us with your name, contact details and Singapore Identity Card number (if applicable). Additionally, please provide (via fax / in person / or secured mail) a copy of your medical reports and scans prior to your appointment so that they may be reviewed by one of our physicians.

On the Day of Appointment

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time

  • Please bring with you any medical reports that you may have
  • Please bring a copy of any radiology films that may have been taken previously (e.g. X-rays, CT scans, MRI)
  • Non-Singaporeans should bring their passports or letters of identification with them

What to Expect

  • Efficient handling of your registration
  • A history and physical examination with review of all pertinent records and diagnostic tests (X-rays, scans et cetera) by the physician with whom you have made your appointment
  • Explanation of findings and recommendations
  • Efficient handling of any further diagnostic tests or treatment
  • Complete written report to patient (and/or family) and referring physician (if requested and appropriate)
