The attentive service does not end with the patient's departure from Johns Hopkins - the patient service coordinator will remain the single point of contact after a patients visit to Johns Hopkins for any follow-up appointments and exchange of medical information.
Fluent in more than 20 languages, our personalized patient service coordinators welcome patients from over 100 countries each year. The patient service coordinators assist international patients by scheduling medical appointments with the most appropriate Hopkins medical expert and provide language interpretation services throughout the patient’s visit at Johns Hopkins. In between medical appointments, international patients are welcome to relax in the International Executive Lounge location in the Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center. Internet access and complementary international newspapers are available.
