On the Day of Appointment

What to Bring on the Day of Appointment

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time
  • Please bring with you any medical reports that you may have
  • Please bring a copy of any radiology films that may have been taken previously (e.g. X-rays, CT scans, MRI)
  • Non-Singaporeans should bring their passports or letters of identification with them

What to Expect

On your day of appointment, you can expect the following:

  • Efficient handling of your registration
  • A history and physical examination with review of all pertinent records and diagnostic tests (X-rays, scans et cetera) by the physician with whom you have made your appointment
  • Explanation of findings and recommendations
  • Efficient handling of any further diagnostic tests or treatment either on-site or at your chosen facility
  • Complete written report to patient (and/or family) and referring physician (if requested and appropriate)
