National Standards for Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services in Health Care 

The set of national standards for culturally and linguistically appropriate services(CLAS) issued by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health serves to "ensure equitable and effective treatment" to all people using the healthcare system.  The following links below include the CLAS standards as well as other related cultural and linguistic policies and issues tied to health disparities and minority populations.
