Johns Hopkins International offers customized training programs, seminars and visits for international healthcare professionals. These programs are held in Baltimore, the host country or through the use of video conferencing technology. Capitalizing on the range of expertise available at Johns Hopkins, a customized program can be developed to address specific needs of the client institution. Johns Hopkins Continuing Medical Education
Each year more than 100 short courses at the Johns Hopkins campus in Baltimore present new research knowledge, information and its application to healthcare and disease. Physicians and health care professionals from around the world come to Johns Hopkins to expand skills, gain new knowledge and retrain in everything from new techniques in transplantation to managing the business of medicine.

Videoconferencing Education Programs
Through the use of video conferencing technology, physicians, administrators and clinical staff from Johns Hopkins deliver live and interactive lectures on a variety of health topics. Sessions are typically 60-minutes, consisting of a 45-minute presentation and a 15-minute question and answer period. Sessions are coordinated between the host institution and the JHI team. Several times each year, Johns Hopkins International hosts physicians and hospital administrators from around the world for an intensive hospital management seminar in Baltimore. These programs are led by physicians and administrative professionals who hold leadership positions at Johns Hopkins.
